Quality Oriented Technician
We are seeking a full-time Quality Oriented Technician to join the Body Builders Automotive team. As a Quality Oriented Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle repairs meet our high standards for quality.
You’ll use your expertise to detect defects and inconsistencies in workmanship standards, instruct and assist staff in proper procedures, and identify areas that require repair or rework. This is an on-site role located in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive body repair, or similar experience in an automotive repair setting
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality control measures
- Knowledge of tools or experience with tools
- Must have the ability to follow/take directions
- Must be quality-driven for safe repairs
- Ability to read and interpret repair instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a strong drive for continuous learning and development every day.
