BBA was great to work with for repairs and a full respray of my Lotus Elise. The front clam and windshield were damaged after a collision with a deer. The team there was very thorough in their review of the damage, and they worked well with my insurance company. They required a lot of funds up front, which in my case wasn't an issue because there's no lien on my car and my insurance was ok funding me, however you may want to check with your carrier on arrangements if that's an issue.
Joe, Matt, Andrea, and everyone I interacted with there was super knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. The consultation and communication throughout the process was exceptional - multiple texts per week to keep me updated, and I was allowed to consult with Joe and Matt when parts were scarce and we had to be creative.
The end result was exceptional! The repairs were top notch, the new/complete paint job and color change are perfect, and while expensive they were 100% worth any premium.
Most of the cars they work on are newer and WAY more valuable than my little ride, but you'd never know it from the way they treated me.

BBA is like the Ritz-Carlton of body shops. Their new facility is amazing and feels more like an operating room than a body shop. If you have a car you really care about, this is the place to take it. You really get a sense that they geek-out about their work and have a true love for cars. My 2005 Corvette was rear-ended - now it looks like the day it came off the assembly line. Great work, and great customer communication.

I recently found Body Builders Automotive via google search after a horrible experience with a different body shop..long story short..It was the End of August 2025, where I spoke with Joe over the phone since this was the only body shop that offered post repair inspections and has a credible reputation for hybrid vehicles. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, patient, honest and caring.Joe explained the whole post repair inspection process and insurance guidelines. Joe wanted to make sure that my Toyota Camry Hybrid had a safe and proper repair. Scheduling the Drop off of the vehicle was a breeze. Joe took the time out of his busy schedule to personally educate me on how BBA works with their customers to ensure a smooth process. Communication with BBA was phenomenal, via texts, calls and emails. Can't forget to mention, front desk, Andrea for all her help as well. After about a month of the insurance taking their sweet time the insurance decided my vehicle was a total loss. Thanks to Joe and his team at BBA they advised me to invoke the appraisal cause because the insurance low balled the settlement offer and referred me to Tim with Safety Consultants...Not only did Joe make me feel safe and confident he was most of all a professional in his trade. I commend Joe and BBA for the excellent work that they performed and I have spoken highly about them to family and friends.

I own a Bentley and the insurance company is always taking advantage of me well not anymore!! the gentleman that work here know exactly how to get the insurance to do its job and pay for the repairs as it should. the high tech equipment shows you right iff the bat these are the most incredible ppl to have repair a cars body. they work on all makes and models they have a luxurious waiting area with tv comfortable couches washrooms and candies. this is top tier auti ody repair at its finest. when you own a luxury car you want to know its in capable hands and you are treated dare i say as good if not better than at a high end car dealership. so dont hesitate to bring any high end cars here its in safe hands and you will feel at ease leaving it in there hands. thank you guys. you are the best!!

Selected Body Builders to repair my ‘25 Mach E. These are real quality people to work with; courteous, honest, and communicate well. Seamless with my insurance. Quality of work is outstanding. Paint, fit, and finish are first rate. Car appears as if nothing happened. Work took extended period due to parts back orders and receipt of incorrect parts.

I don’t normally leave a review but Joseph and his entire team at BBB were outstanding!!! They provided constant progress reports on the repair, along with answering any additional questions I had.
The repair work was fantastic..they went above and beyond not only in their customer service but in the details of the repair.

I was in an accident back in August 18, 2025. I decided to go with Body Builder Auto because a friend of my brother’s works here. I was quoted around $12k (pre-estimate), $17k (estimate), and a final of around $21-22k. I was working with Goodyear for repairs since the tire caused my accident. Was quoted a month for time to work on the vehicle. Took around 2-3 months to finish. To make it long story short. I wasn’t pleased with Goodyear or the shop. I didn’t feel heard from one side, and the other side proceeded with repairs even though they went over the 10% initial cost without consent from myself or Goodyear. The body work is separate from that, and I believe the techs did a fantastic job. Like nothing ever happened. Hope others experiences are better.

Body Builders took great care of my Rivian! They did quality work and communicated well through the process. They were up-front about challenges we’d likely have with the insurance, but they navigated it expertly and were very fair to me. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The team here was unbelievably helpful. I screwed up my own truck and they got it looking better than it did before. Did great work and the customer service was impeccable. I got regular updates throughout the process, and they accommodated all of the specific requests that I had for my vehicle. The prices were fair and the timing for everything was quick and efficient. I hope I don’t need their services again for any fixes in the future but if I do I’m definitely using Body Builders again! Very happy with the whole process.

Had the rear bumper on my Honda Odyssey replaced here and the job was excellent. It’s hard to tell anything ever happened — the car looks like new again. Extremely customer oriented; they treat your car as if it is their own. Extremely professional; they handle all aspects of your repairs including insurance issues, ensuring you are worry free. The owners are honest, respectful, trustworthy, helpful and they take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It is a very busy shop because their work is impeccable and everybody loves them. Their rapport and personalities makes you want to hang out there, work there, become friends with them. After this experience I really don’t want to take my precious car anywhere else. It’s a salon for your car! I wish they had a service department. Oh yes and they offer refreshments, candy and a comfortable seat if you rarely have to wait!

I have used Body Builders Automotive a few times over the past 20 years. They have always done excellent work. My most recent experience was with some minor damage to my 2025 Buick Enclave.
I solicited three (3) estimates for the work. Body Builders was not the cheapest. However, I chose them based on my past experiences. They did not disappoint.
They kept me informed throughout the repair process. When they ran into an unexpected issue, they immediately contacted me to let me know the impact. When I picked up the vehicle it looked like it was ready for a showroom floor.
I would definitely use Body Builders Automotive again in the future if the need arises.

Awesome experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Very friendly and personable receptionist and Joe, the owner. Went in with paint transfer on front bumper. Joe took pictures and with a short amount of time, he cleaned off the paint. So grateful. Establishment was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend body builders for any work that needs to done on your automobile

Everything went great from start to finish. The owner did a great job explaining the entire process before dropping off my car to begin. They helped navigate the insurance process throughout (other party was liable and repair was handled by their insurance). Rental car company was delayed on picking me up and they provided an Uber ride so I didn't have to wait longer. Constant communication during the entire process which was longer than we all anticipated due to other party's insurance being slow to respond. Thank you!

I've used quite a few body shops and this by FAR was the best experience I have ever had. Communication was fantastic, the work look great and the entire team was friendly, polite and oh so helpful. My Rivian was hit, and they delt with the Insurance company from the guy who hit me, helped with the rental and got my truck done in time for my out of town trip. A big thank you to the entire crew! I brought my Porsche to BBA after an accident. It wasn’t one of the places that State Farm has on their list. I was referred to them by the Porsche dealership. The staff was very pleasant and very professional. They are also Porsche certified. It gives me a peace of mind that they will do quality work. They constantly update you on the progress. I picked up the car yesterday. The work done was excellent. Definitely would recommend them.
