Super friendly staff at all levels of the customer experience. Receptionists are understanding and patient, as well as explain everything for those of us for whom this can be a nerve-wracking or unknown first time. As for the work and accomodations, I get updates via text whenever something changes or sometimes just to reassure me that they're still fighting for me. (Insurance might not recognize BBA as an in-network shop, but you'll soon discover that it's because BBA doesn't go on the cheap by using the lowest-quality parts). For example, some of the newer-grade paints used in Honda models have anti-chipping chemistry in it, but my insurance for me and my mother refused initially to pay for that as part of the repair estimate despite Honda requiring it for their vehicles. Just slap a new coat of painy on it, right? This client already cost us enough money? BBA treated me way better than my insurance and refused to back down. After a few weeks of back and forth, BBA finished the work and released my vehicle back to me after I paid my deductible. They're still duking it out with insurance over paint of all things, but at least they didn't intend to hold my car for ransom over it. Looks good as new and I knew my family recommended them for a reason. Worth the wait and added work of going out-of-network -- BBA handled a lot of the complications for me. (Their lobby also let folks have free water and coffee when I was there. Don't forget that their new location is on the corner lot of Illinois avenue, part of the Molon Motor & Oil Corp building; not the previous sidewalk-included building.)

Where do I start? My husband and I had the pleasure (and honor) of working with Joe and Sam at BBA while working through the details of my total loss last month. You could tell they are passionate about what they do and it’s clear that they put the customer at the center of their business. Had it not been for them, I don’t think we would’ve had the experience we did, which was timely, professional, and of course with a sprinkling of humor. I would recommend this business to anyone who prefers THOROUGH, A TO Z type work. Car accidents are always a pounding headache and thanks to Joe and Sam’s experience and street smarts, we didn’t even need to take aspirin. Also, I’ve never seen a more immaculate body shop in my life. Other shops can learn a thing or 3 from BBA.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of the work BBA did on my Porsche. The quality of work shines through almost as well as the personal attention they provided. Sam, Joe, Alex, and Matt all were amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them as a first choice for any auto body work!

I have to say that BBA went out of their way for me. They did the ceramic coating and detailed my car. She's a 2020 and now she looks brand new again. I have had new tires put on as well as brakes. I am so happy with everything they have done for me. I would never go anywhere else!

Have used them in the past with excellent results and fair prices. Had a minor issue this time... that just needed some buffing out. They took care of it while I waited... looks great. That is why I keep coming back.
